  • Reconciliation

Reconciliation is the process of comparing global/regional indicator metadata to country ones. It should be done by a higher-level rank person in the NSO than the one who worked on the initial stage.

  • Reporting frequency

The frequency by which the indicator is produced and published. It is not the same as the frequency of data collection.

  • Reformulation

For SDGs that require reporting at a supra-national level, such as those that should be reported at a regional or global level (e.g. SDG  17.5.1 ‘Number of countries that adopt and implement investment promotion regimes for least developed countries’), a reformulation is required for the country to be able to report on it.

  • Required reporting frequency

Frequency by which the evolution of the NSDS, national development plan or other logframe is expected to be assessed.
